Hi,

I've tried to new DHCPv6 conformance test.
As I found some problems, I'd like to report them.

- Makefile.test specifies unrelated SUBDIR (ike, dhcpv6)
- INSTALL.ct seems to describe IKE conformance test, not DHCPv6.
