I think you need change the value of field "Type" from "router"
to "host".
The TN can not accept the message from the NUT(Server)
when it is set to "router" in current edition.
Please refers to the file named "00Readme".

In this test script, I think the server should send the relay-reply
message to the unicast address.
Please refers to RFC3315, P37-38, line 2068
"The server unicasts the Relay-reply message directly to the
relay agent using the address in the source address field from
the IP datagram in which the Relay-forward message was received."

I think them are bugs in current scripts when process SID from
the reply message.
