Hi,

Actually, I would like to remove the test from this test specification.
Its test specification is unclear.
And probably we will do it in next release.

But, I found some strange behavior in the test log.
NUT send the Advertise message in the response to the Solicit message,
but the Advertise message's IA_Prefix opiton is not included in IA_PD
option.
I think that IA_Prefix option should be included in IA_PD option.
