Regarding Test case 76,
this test specification is worong.
As you said, the Reply message is not required to include IA_NA option.
We will remove this test in the next release.
Regarding test case 92,
your server's behavior is correct.
We will fix this problem.

Anyway, we are planning to release the DHCPv6 Logo Self Test tool soon,
please use this instead of original DHCPv6 conformance test tool.
