Hi all, I have a question about the test item 40 forRFC 3315 in the DHCPv6 setlf test for client (v1.0.7). The verification point of this item is thatthe frist RT is "IRT + RAND*IRT". But in section 18.1.2 in RFC 3315, it statesthat "The first Confirm message from the clienton the interface MUST be delayed by a randomamount of time between 0 and CNF_MAX_DELAY". Then, which one is correct? RT or rand(0, CNF_MAX_DELAY)? Thank you. Best Regards,Meng-Huan Hsieh
