Hi

I have my two machines, one of them I have configure=
d as
caching server & another one as root server for my own crea=
ted domain
(ipv6.domain). I execute dig command (from the caching ser=
ver maching, where
the server is running locally) & get the prop=
er result....Now whenever the
dig command is executed it sends the q=
uery where the ARCOUNT value
is zero in the sent query...
If t=
he caching server doesn't have information for this query it forwards
=
it to the primary server...but that time the ARCOUNT is 1 (one).....
=
Is there any specific reason for this...coz I never come across such iss=
ues earlier...
Actually the ARCOUNT comes into effect in case o=
f response, tells us how many
Additional Records are there ....I donn=
o know whether we can set it while sending query also....
But because=
of that Test Case No. 30 (Tahi) is failing...coz its expecting ARCOUNT ==
0.But I changed the Bind coding.....& made that ARCOUNT=0....but sti=
ll getting the same problem....

Can u plz help me out....
=

thanks & regards
Prem
after that whenever =
I run the test (Test No. 30) I get
