I've been looking at DNS Test software at tahi.org/dns

And I have the following question:
Is it possible to use the test-tool in a client-server
arrangement on a single machine?

Thus:

    test --> [server]
               |
               |
               \/
             reply
               |
               |
              \/
          compare with RFC?
