Hi, Andy.

It is the bug on the document.
The package doesn't have it.
You can skip its procedure.

Makfeile.cer is used for SIP testing
and it is included in koi-2.X.X or higher.

Now, v2.1.2 is the newest, and you can get <koi-2.1.2.tar.gz>
from <http://www.tahi.org/release/>.
