This scenario verify interoperability when a target ROUTER attached to the network which consist of host and router with IPv6 protocol stack.
Verification that a router makes tunnel between opposite router.
Verification Points: whether Router can make tunnel. whether Router can transmit packets to an opposite router through the tunnel.
