If you are going to run test from now, please use the newest version.
However, in case the test specification and self-test/interop scenario
are updated during your testing with the previous version,
we will accept your application with the results based on the previous
version of the test _within two weeks_ from the update.
There will be a grace period of 6 months after official release where
- Self_Test (version 4.0.1) is available for Logo Application until Jul. 14, 2008.
previous version results as well as new Major Version/Major Revision
results will be accepted.
- Legacy Version is available for Logo Application until Nov. 30, 2008.

If you want to try it, prepare a FreeBSD (6.3-RELEASE or higher) install
PC and install both of TAHI platform and Test scripts listed below.

When you extract tarball, you can find
${somewhere}/Self_Test_X-X-X/{addr,icmp,nd,pmtu,spec}.p2
After the configuration as described in INSTALL.ct,
change directory to ${somewhere}/Self_Test_X-X-X
and type "make ipv6ready_p1_host" (for Host),
"make ipv6ready_p1_router" (for Router)
or "make ipv6ready_p1_special" (for Special Device).
As a Self-test result,
you need to submit whole data in "Self_Test_X-X-X" directory as is.
- The directory hierarchy will be following.
${Your_Device_ver}/
${Your_Device_ver}/Self_Test_X-X-X/
${Your_Device_ver}/Interoperability/
- Create tarball using following command line.
tar zcvf ${Your_Device_ver}.tar.gz ${Your_Device_ver}
