I am working on IPv6 implementation f=or MVL_3.1, which is a RTOS by SAMSUNG with Linux kernel 2.4.20. I a=m working on NDP module. For testing (Self testing for phase 2, RFC 2461)=,I am using FREE-BSD 5.4 as Tester Node and TAHI tool (v6eval 3.0) as testi=ng tool. While testing I face some problem and I felt that this is due= to the problems in script. I have no problems with the phase 1 test =cases. But in phase 2, I am facing many problems. Few of the prob=lems are 1) In many test cases error is being displayed coz TN is not =able to observe NS message. But I can find NS being received by TN. TN is n=ot waiting for the entire time stamp which it is supposed to wait. Once it =is gets any packet it stops waiting. Here in my case echo-reply is received= and once it receives echo-reply it does not wait for NS message even if ti=meout value is not completed. I think the TN should ignore the Echo-reply m=essage and continue waiting for the NS message for the entire duration. = 2) Also in Router Discovery Test cases RA is not received by TN in reply= for RS.
