Hi, all.

I need a clarification in cleanup procedure in ND of
Self_Test_P2 (version 1.2.18).
I have attached the test-report of case-26 here. 

During cleanup at time 14:29:27, NS should be sent with
different link-layer address for cleaning the cache entries
of NUT. NS sent by TN is with same address. 
Is it an error in tool?
Please tell if my understanding is correct.
