Hi,

You are right. The NS should be sent with different link layer address.
It seems the dummy address, that one gives in the config file tn.def of the
TN you have the Dummy link layer address as 00:00:00:00:a0:a0. Change it to
something else and I think then the script most probably will work fine.

It is not wrong giving the dummy address which you have given, but seems the
script is harcoded to use 00:00:00:00:a0:a0 for clean up procedure and is
not smart enough to verify the user input of dummy address :-)

Regards,
Kishore.

Subject: [users:00148] Problem in cleanup procedure in ND of Self_Test_P2
(version 1.2.18)

Hi, all.

I need a clarification in cleanup procedure in ND of Self_Test_P2 (version
1.2.18). I have attached the test-report of case-26 here.

During cleanup at time 14:29:27, NS should be sent with different link-layer
address for cleaning the cache entries of NUT. NS sent by TN is with same
address.
Is it an error in tool?
Please tell if my understanding is correct.

Thanks in advance,
-Rakesh
