In this DNS Conformance Test, it is assumed that NUT(client) uses a certain kind of service from this "AP Server1". But you don't need any care about this "AP Server1" when you run the test. You just need to set as follows to TN before you ran the test. # ifconfig IF_NAME up # ifconfig IF_NAME inet 192.168.0.1 netmask 255.255.255.0 # ifconfig IF_NAME inet 192.168.1.10 netmask 255.255.255.0 alias # ifconfig IF_NAME inet 192.168.1.20 netmask 255.255.255.255 alias # ifconfig IF_NAME inet 192.168.1.30 netmask 255.255.255.255 alias # ifconfig IF_NAME inet 192.168.1.40 netmask 255.255.255.255 alias Best Regards, On 11 Nov 2005 04:52:27 -0000 "PRAMENDRA SINGH" <parma_it@rediffmail.com> wrote: > Hi to all, > > > As per Tahi IPv6 Conformance Test For DNS, I need to > test all the DNS client test cases... > But in test setup there is something AP Server1 > > AP Server1(TN) DNS Server1(TN) > |3ffe:501:ffff:101::10 |3ffe:501:ffff:101::20 > |192.168.1.10 |192.168.1.20 > | | > Net-y --+--------+-----------------------+-------- 3ffe:501:ffff:101::/64 > | 192.168.1/24 > | > | > ROUTER1(TN) > |3ffe:501:ffff:100::1 > |192.168.0.1 > | > Net-z --+--------+-------------------------------- 3ffe:501:ffff:100::/64 > | 192.168.0/24 > DNS Client1(NUT) > 3ffe:501:ffff:100:XXXX > 192.168.0.10 > > > But I dont know what this AP stands for...please help. > Also is there any test scripts available for these test cases... > expecting your comments > > Thanks and Regards > Pramendra > > -- ************************************* Hideshi Enokihara IPv6 Business Network & Software Development Dept.
