Hi there,

We have experimentally published Phase-2 IKEv1 Test specification and Guidelines
for Implementation and Priorities in Testing.

Also we have experimentally released IKEv1 Self-Test tool ver 1.0.3B1.

This versions of the test tool plan (except for the Minor Revision) will be disclosed
4 weeks before the official release. The purpose of this pre-release is to address
technical comments and run the new tests in a "dry run" setting.
