It's been listed as "under developing" for a long time now. I did find this on-line (http://www.irisa.fr/tipi/): "Hiroshi Esaki, Chairman of IPv6 ready Program Logo, announced on January 16, 2005 the starting of phase-2 of the Logo porgram, for Core protocols. The tests of IPsec will be soon ready. Then the tests for the MLD and MIPv6 will follow (see http://www.ipv6ready.org). The requests for Logos Phase-2 can thus start. The experts of test of Point6 will be in load of the requests coming from Europe." But that's all I have been able to find about the MLD suite.
