Hi Zhiyong

I have been running the tests at Red Hat. 
The errors under spec.p2 - there should be 5- are due to CVE-2007-2242
Red Hat advisory:http://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2007-0347.html

IETF is discussing resolution and until then it is still a standard and
needs to be included in the test suite.

I have not see the neighbour discovery error you are seeing.
