Test log doesn't say anything about DAD.
This log just says host doesn't have global address
because host didn't respond to global Echo Request.
Anyway, RA can be sent anytime as unsolicited RA.
So host have to receive RA anytime.
And if the host already have global address at receipt of additional RA,
host don't need to perform DAD again.
