Hello,

I would like to ask about phase 1 and phase 2 certification.

I have already performed this script Self_Test (version 1.4.9) Oct. 1,
2007, and I would like to ask if is this the only requirement for
phase 1 certification?

I am planning also to perform the vel-1.0.4.tar.gz  (Mar. 3, 2006 :
Release 1.0.4) for interoperability, is this also the requirement for
phase 2 certification?
