Hi, Yao.

You can skip interop 1.7,
but in that case, you have to be FAIL for conformance test v1.4.9.
At the same time, you need to test with conformance test v1.5.0bX.

You need to indicate
that your node can send back ICMPv6 Parameter Problem against RH0.
Skipping RH0 test cases aren't enough to indicate disabling RH0.
