Hi, Sreenath.

v1.5.0b4 isn't same as the next major version up,
but v1.5.0b4 has all of modifications for RFC 4443/4861/4862/5095.
The differences are that some of corresponding functions are optional.
You can test them for preparation, because they are enable by default.

Anyway, I will update v1.5.0b4,
because the test specification will be updated
by public review comments.
The version will be v2.0.0a1,
because this isn't revision up but version up.

Furthermore,
we may add more test cases to support RFC 4291
until official dry-run.
