The Changelog in vel-1.0.4 says
that it supports v2.8.0 at 2006/03/03.
The modification records in the scenario says so,
but vel still has other problem.
We haven't verify them.
The use of vel isn't required by IPv6 Ready Logo Program at all.
Please use it at your own risk.
