I don't know about using it for certification (the Tahi folk will need to answer that), but I've the v6eval tool and the Conformance Test suite running on Fedora 8 for internal testing purposes.  The v6eval tool did require some code changes from the BSD version to work with the Linux devices and packet filtering.  Most of those changes were available in the Linux source RPM, but I did have to make a few others for Fedora.  Let me know if you are interested and I'll see if I can pull together a patch file with the diffs between the standard BSD version and my version.
