Hi, all.

Major Version Up for Phase-1/Phase-2 Core Protocols has been accomplished
on IPv6 Ready Logo Program.

We, TAHI project also followed this update.
Now, Self_Test_4-0-0 and v6eval-3.0.14 have been available on the web.

When you use Self_Test_4-0-0,
please make sure to use v6eval-3.0.14.

Here is differences of Self_Test.
