Query regarding DHCPv6 TAHI test suite

DHCP test suite version - DHCPv6_Self_Test_P2_1_0_9

V6eval version - v6eval-3.0.13

RFC3736 - test case 3.

NUT as Client : ARM target board.

TN (Server) - DHCPv6 TAHI test suite installed on FreeBSD 6.3.

TN (DNS server) - DHCPv6 server and DNS server running on CentOS 5.1.

For rfc3736, "test case 3 - C_RFC2462_RA_TFT.seq - Router Advertisement's M
bit changes from TRUE to FALSE to TRUE"
Do we need to run both DHCPv6 server and DNS server on CentOS or only DNS
server?

if i run only DNS server on CentOs then test case 3 PASSES. if i run both
DHCPv6 server and DNS server then test case 3 FAILS.
According to my understanding  FreeBSD acts as a DHCPv6 server and running
only DNS server on CentOS is enough. is my understanding correct?
