Are you talking about IPv6 Ready Logo Program?

Actually, TAHI Project doesn't have the responsibility about it.
We only do the development of the test tool
supporting the test specification defined at IPv6 Ready Logo Committee.

In order to submit the results to get the Logo,
you must visit to IPv6 Ready Logo Program web page <http://www.ipv6ready.org/>.
You can find the manner to submit it.
