Hi, I am make the conformance test for DCCP now, it will be publish on 
sourceforge after complete. And I also has a test frame for tcp 
conformance test which make test easy, it is used for study only now, 
and it has little test case for tcp. If you want to test what functions 
about tcp, you can tell me, maybe I can help you.
