You used wrong ML address.
Please use <users@tahi.org> instead of <users-ctl@tahi.org>.

And talking about multicast routing,
it is the advanced function at IPv6 Ready Logo Program.
You can skip tests,
if you don't have multicast routing function.

Please set MULTICAST_ROUTING to zero into <config.txt>.
