Hi, Wang Jiabo.

From what I could be in log after the DAD fails for link-local address
formed from an interface identifier based on the hardware address, you
didn't disable IP operation on the interface.

According to RFC 4862 s. 5.4.5 p.17,  you  should disable IP operation.
RFC states : 
By disabling IP
   operation, the node will then:

   -  not send any IP packets from the interface,

   -  silently drop any IP packets received on the interface, and

   -  not forward any IP packets to the interface (when acting as a
      router or processing a packet with a Routing header).
And you are probably only delete the problematic address and then accept
the RA with prefix option that follows at the end of test.
