Hi, Wang.

"ipv6 nd ra interval 20" is the problem.
That configuration will invoke the new RA before the prefix lifetime is expired.
Could you check your tcpdump?
I guess that your host received the RA before 35 seconds passed.

Please use longer interval, for example "ipv6 nd ra interval 60".
