   In your opinion, do I need two configure file? And while running the
dhcpv6 test case I should use use different configure file?

  You know if DHCP server is configured to provide only Name Server
option there are several test case about Search list will fail.
if DHCP server is configured to provide both there are two test case
which only need Name server will fail.
