Jose,

Test for RFCs (4861, 4862, 4443, 4291) can be done by IPv6 Ready Logo Program Phase-2 IPv6 Core Protocols.
And IPv6 Ready Logo Program Phase-2 DHCPv6 is for RFCs (3646,3736).
