Hi all,

vel-4.0.0 is now available.
This update follows IPv6 Ready Logo Program IPv6 Core Protocols
Interoperability Test Specification version 4.0.1.

The current supported OSes are FreeBSD 7.0, NetBSD 4.0.1, OpenBSD 4.3
and Fedora9.

The difference from the previous version is the following:
