I do not mean this.^_^

I want to release a SCTP Conformance Test Suite.

And also I make some changes to v6eval, for example, I add a file
v6eval/lib/Pz/McSCTP.cc with GPLv2 to v6eval.

I want to redistribute the modified v6eval, may be named
v6eval-3.0.1-my-tar.gz. I want to know whether there is some limit?
