Hi, Wang.

In addition,
please make sure that REF-Router1 has cleared its neighbor cache before sending Echo Request.

When REF-Router1 sends Echo Request,
the address resolution must be performed.

REF-Router1 sends NS to solicited-node multicast address,
Then, if DAD works correctly, only one device respond to NS with NA.

REF-Router1 may learn TAR-Host2 and TAR-Host1 link-layer address by receiving RS.
So explicit erasing of neighbor cache is important for this test.
