Hi, all.

The newest Phase-1/Phase-2 IPv6 Core Protocols tester is also available now.

This release is almost for the editorial fix.
But it contains a fix only for Phase-1.

IPv6 Ready Logo Program didn't require to perform Test v6LC.2.2.19 for Phase-1,
but unfortunately Self_Test_4-0-3 performed it.
Test v6LC.2.2.19 was newly added in the past Major Version Up.
And it may have a impact for existing implementations.

IPv6 Ready Program is now strongly recommend to obtain Phase-2,
but I still hear the market of Phase-1.
For Phase-1 applicants, this will be the important fix.

And here is differences from the previous.
