Hi, James.
Talking about MLDv1,
TAHI Project had developped MLDv1 test tool as ct-X.X.X around 2004.
Coincidentally,
IPv6 Ready Logo Committee published the test specification in 2004.
You can see it at <http://www.ipv6ready.org/?page=documents&tag=phase-2-mld>.
In that time,
we shifted our resource to support IPv6 Ready Logo Program.
Then, we had stopped to release the next ct-X.X.X.
Our original MLDv1 test tool was not compliant with the test specification published by IPv6 Ready Logo Committee
because we developped MLDv1 test tool at the position outside of IPv6 Ready Logo Committee.
But because IPv6 Ready Logo Program for MLDv1 is the experimental program,
we didn't updated MLDv1 test tool.
That is why we don't have MLDv1 test tool now.
I'm sorry for that I don't remember the details correctly
because it was really old story.
Anyway,
I think that <http://www.ipv6ready.org/?page=documents&tag=phase-2-mld> has been still usuful
even though we don't have MLDv1 test tool.
Thanks,
