One problem is that "tcpdump_v6lc_2_2_5" captured RA, but "121.html" didn't.
Usually, v6eval is receiving all packets on the wire.
Are you using the network switch between TN and NUT?
Using shared hub or crossed ethernet cable is required.
Could you check your physical network topology?
