Hi, kritesh.

Actually,
NAT-PT code in ct-2.1.1 was contributed by third party.
You can see it in CHANGELOG.ct.

    2001/10/11 by akisada
        Update tests: natpt
            contributed by Ericsson Telebit

RFC 3947 and 3948 were published after this contribution,
so I think that we don't have them.
