Hi,

I found the issue. RA advertisement had the following paramters
misconfigured:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ng compare opt_prefix_link0_default.RFlag received:1 = 0
ng compare opt_prefix_link0_default.ValidLifetime received:86400 = 2592000
ng compare opt_prefix_link0_default.PreferredLifetime received:14400 =
604800
ng count Packet_IPv6.ICMPv6_RA != Packet_IPv6.ICMPv6_RA
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Have modified these in the RA and all the tests which were failing with
"Couldn't observe RA", are passing now.

Thanks,
Srinidhi
