Just to add to what Brett said, the dumper shouldn't be interacting with
the other devices used in the test (eg, ref-1, tar, logo). Make sure
dumper isn't sending out DAD packets, or responding to multicast pings.
It'll cause some tests to fail. Just disable IPv6 on dumper, and you'll
(should?) be fine.

Sounds like you are using the "vel" software for interop.
My understand of vel is that the DUMPER *only* captures traffic; other
nodes and the NUT are initiating / responding.
