Hello,

While doing interoperatibility testing of Openswan with TAHI IKEv2 test
suite, I noticed that the processing of "critical bit" and "reserved"
files in the IKEv2 security association payload (SA payload) is
reversed, which affects the output of the log files (html files). In
addition, I also noticed that comparison of these fields with the
expected values is hardcoded. To address, these issues, I have attached
a patch with this email. The file changed is koi/libdata/kIKE/kJudge.pm.
I would appreciate any feedback on this.

Thanks and Regards
Avesh Agarwal
